做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可(kě )品尝。 -
