做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
