做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
