做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片(piàn )后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
