做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加(jiā )入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
