做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
