做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
