做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮(pí )泡(pào )软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油(yóu )六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和其他材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
