做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
