做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
