做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
