做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
