做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
