做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块(kuài )姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和其他(tā )材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
