做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
