做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖。 -
