做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
