做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半(bàn )小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
