做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
