做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
