做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅(guō )盖焖。 -
