做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦(cā )一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品(pǐn )尝。 -
