做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
