做法:洗净(jìng )宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他(tā )材料,武火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝(cháng )。 -
