做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
