做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
