做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少(shǎo )量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
