做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
