做法:春笋切(qiē )成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅(guō )盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
