做(zuò )法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成(chéng )热(rè )下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一(yī )个半小时(shí ),下盐调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
