做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐(yán )捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
