做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
