做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
