做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切(qiē )成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
