做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
