做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
