做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫(jì )鱼和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火煲(bāo )一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
