做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖(mèn )。 -
