做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
