做法:春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
