做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
