做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
