做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
