做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
