做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
