做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
