做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
