做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
