做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
