做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
